Never send an item(s) direct to the manufacturer, unless we tell you to do so. We do not allow returns on material that have been cut, cut to size pieces, fabricated or special orders. If the original item(s) is inspected and not in original condition we reserve the right to deny the return or charge a restocking fee.

We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders that have already been transported to our shipping carriers for delivery cannot be cancelled. If you still would like to cancel your order after it has shipped, you can refuse the shipment upon delivery. However, you are responsible for the shipping charges to and from Min Plastics & Supply, Inc. Orders that have not left Min Plastics & Supply, Inc. may be cancelled depending on the order status. In the event you need to cancel your order, contact us at [email protected] Orders that are canceled will incur a 10% cancelation fee due to the preparation and item handling of items. Orders including service (e.g. cut to size or fabricated orders) cannot be canceled once we have started the production process. Special orders cannot be canceled once order has been executed.
In the event you need to make changes to your order, contact us at [email protected] Order may be changed depending on order status. Not all change request can be fulfilled due to production workflow.
You must report damage or missing item(s) within 5 business days of receipt by contacting us at [email protected] DO NOT remove any paper or film masking. You also must keep the original packaging & packing material in the event we open a claim with the carrier. You may be required to complete claim forms for the carrier. In some cases we may need assistance from our customer to ensure that all forms requested by the carrier are completed. We may also need assistance from our customer to insure that all items are returned to the carrier or to us at Min Plastics & Supply, Inc. We will discuss return shipping options when you report the damaged shipment. We will ship out a replacement once we have received and inspected the original item. If you need the replacement item sooner we can create a second order, charge your credit card, and ship out the replacement when available. Once the original damaged item(s) is received and inspected we will credit your account. We appreciate your cooperation and patience through this process.
